Keen makes junk shoes that fall apart after a few months of use and the company is run similarly poorly to the shoe construction. Good luck trying to get your warranty honored.

I purchased a pair and realized minutes after that I bought the wrong pair, based on the sole tread. I tried to cancel and they would not allow it, they said it "dropped". I reiterated that it was literally minutes ago, they said ...."it dropped" So I assumed that was to get them out the door asap. Wrong! It will ship in 3 to 5 business days, and yet I cannot cancel it because it dropped. They said when USPS delivers it in about two weeks I can request a return label, which they will offset my refund.
I ordered on Wednesday, cannot cancel it as I bought the wrong pair, it will ship the following week, by USPS no less and will cost me to return the incorrect order that I could not cancel.

Stay away from Keen, they steal from your wallet!!

I bought a new pair of work boots 3 months ago and just couldn't stand to wear them anymore. I work construction and run equipment and am on my feet 8 or more hours a day. I paid over $200 for my new Keen boots only to find the following problems: the boots are very heavy, twice as heavy as my previous pair and my current pair; the soles of the Keen boots protrude outside the body of the boot. I found myself actually stepping on the sole of one boot with the other boot; I frequently get the boots tangled up in the peddles of equipment like loaders and excavators causing panic stops to reset my feet to avoid an accident - the boots interfere with my ability to perform work tasks.

I've replaced the awkward and very heavy boots with a boot that cost less than $100 and weighs about a 3rd as much as the Keen boot.

I'll donate the Keen boots to Goodwill and never buy a Keen product again.

First Time keen customer and last time. I placed an order for a pair of work boots during their labor day sale on a tuesday. Their website said if I paid for rush shipping 35 dollars more I can have my boots by wednesday or thursday. Come Thursday, nothing has moved or shipped on their status. I tried calling them 10 am in the morning, however There customer service is closed? I then writed messing them through chat, no response. I called back and was put on hold for 24 minutes before they disconnect me. I write an email to their sales dept and no response either. Come friday, nothing has shipped but they taken my money from my account. I never experience such bad customer on this level before. Just avoid this company, terrible service and no way to get ahold of anyone.

Wonderfully comfortable, wide boots. Sadly the stitching on one upper has deteriorated so the boot leaks. Not worn very much because of covid limitations but out of guarantee period.
Disappointing.

My husband got one pair of keen in December, after 3 months they totally fall apart. He got a second pair and same thing happened. We tried to get a refund by keen , sent everything that they requested and no response for a month. Bed quality shoes and worst customer service!!!!

So I just recieved my brand new Keen shoes today. Have always been a life long Keen person. So the shoelace for the left shoe is obviously for a boot which these are not. The right shoelace is normal length. So I email them to see about getting a replacement for the left. I get some excuse that since they work remote and don't get into the office they cannot send out a replacement shoelace and directed me to Amazon and other websites to purchase shoelaces! Really!!! I just paid $190 and now I have to buy shoelaces? Are you kidding me?

They used to make a great product and I wore my first pair.... bought over a decade ago...long and hard. Have had two other pairs since. One delaminated, the other had the sides (outer) rip apart completely. It has now degenerated to being a very poor product ...at the same high price.

I have been an avid Keen wearer for years. They discontinued my favorite sandals, so I bought the Zerraport 2 in my size, 11. They are very cute, but they are literally an inch shorter that my other Keen sandals. I cannot return because I bought them on sale. Very disappointed.

I wish I had read reviews elsewhere before buying, but such is life. The quality of Keen has degraded significantly over the years. Also, customer service is horrible. I didn’t get a chance to try these within the 30 day limit (still less than 60) and once I did I ended up with 4 blisters. The toebox isn’t even close to what it used to be and the claim of being waterproof is totally not accurate. I wrote in but was basically told too bad. If you do still want to try Keen you are better off ordering from a place like REI so you won’t end up stuck with something you have to throw in the trash. A company that doesn’t stand by their product is a pretty huge red flag. There are so many better products out there now and with actual usable return policies. I returned another size and it took over a month to get my refund! This company had gone down the tubes in every way. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!
